Recently, we received a customer request. During the process of gear installation, it is difficult to align the gear with the hole, so this hydraulic expander was customized. This device is composed of mechanical components such as support parts, connecting rod parts, a rotating shaft, tie rods, and baffles, as well as a lithium battery handheld hydraulic pump system and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder system. The gear is aligned with the hole through expansion, improving work efficiency.

Lithium battery handheld hydraulic pump system: With a directional valve, it can quickly switch the oil circuit to fulfill the needs of expansion and contraction; the handheld electric gun, as a power source compared to a manual pump, improves operational efficiency.

Double-acting hydraulic cylinder: Maximum working pressure: 25MPa; Working load: 27.4KN (2.7t); Maximum load: 39.7KN (3.9t); Working area: 1099mm²; Maximum area: 1590mm²; Maximum stroke: 130mm.

Baffle: Expansion range 116–296mm.
